A fusion of local\, natural healing and cutting-edge\, modern medicine. Discover how to move better\, feel well\, and live a more vibrant\, healthy life! \nFind updates on our Facebook page \n\nFRIDAY \n\n\n\n 5:00 PM: CHECK IN & REGISTRATION on Friday evening will take place at the Community Center (150 N Center St  – Google Map) Come to the Community Center for CHECK-IN starting at 5:00 pm. The Lava Hot Springs Chamber of Commerce will have a table inside the Community Center (150 N Center St) where you can get your swag bag\, register for the Fun Run & get your t-shirt\, sign your Fun Run waiver\, and more! \n\n\n\n🧘🏻‍♀️7:00 PM: HIGH FIT YOGA with Emily Welker\n\n😋Spend the rest of Friday evening exploring Lava Hot Springs – use the coupon book from your swag bag to enjoy dinner or go shopping along Main Street.\n\n\n\n 9:00 PM: THE FIRE DANCING show will take place in the Community Center parking lot. 150 N Center St (Google Map)\n\n\n\nSATURDAY \n\n\n\n🧘🏻‍♀️7:00 AM & 9:00 AM: YOGA with Lora Gunter \n\n♨️ 8:00 AM: Wake up early and sit for a morning soak in the hot pools that open at 8:00 am.\n\n\n\n 9:00 AM: VENDOR BOOTHS  will be located in the parking lot of the Community Center (150 N Center St) and at West Park.\n\n\n\n 9:00 AM: The FUN RUN will start and end at Buddy Campbell City Park (482 West Main) — it will be an out-and-back run to the west of the park. Children under 12 are free but must register on site to participate.  Free t-shirt for all ADULT PAID registered participants.\nONLINE REGISTRATION has ended.
