May 8 & 9, 2026
Spring Into Wellness with Lava! This is going to be a great gathering of wellness helpers and healers. Learn from our speakers on the healing properties of exercise, herbs, vitamins, music, essential oils or another one of several other exciting wellness sessions being offered!
Join us with a sunset yoga session and listen to singing bowls and magic flutes. Get acquainted with Lava’s own labyrinth. Participate with the group in Gyrokenesis, an activity designed to open energy pathways and stimulate the nervous system by coordinating movement, breath and mental focus. Enjoy a nutritious lunch with nutritional information provided. Listen to wellness speakers and finish the day with a wellness walk to the labyrinth! Visit our Vendors at West Park at 3rd East and 1st North.
